Recaredo produces long-ageing wines—from a minimum of three years to 14 years or more. Their vintage sparkling wines are non-dosé, meaning no additional sugar added, and they age them only with natural cork. All of their Biodynamic Estate grown fruit is from their vineyards in Alt Penedes, and they use historic local grapes like Xarel.lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Monastrell and Garnatxa.
The Celler Credo is their still white wine project, and it uses grapes from the xarel.lo , Parellada and Macabeu strains. The wine is produced using traditional styles, with some stems and skin contact, spontaneous fermentation, and sometimes using old traditional clay vessels.

Clot de les Soleres is both a new winery and a very old one.
Clot de les Soleres
Clot de les Soleres is both a new winery and a very old one. In 2001, it was founded by the heirs of a late-19th-century winery, Heritage Ferrer de la Vall. That winery was hit hard by the phylloxera grape disease in 1888, but it limped along until the 1970s and 1980s.
Re-founded in 2001, Clot de les Soleres began to make natural wines in 2008. These wines lack added sulfites or other artificial products, making them unique and repeatable: they change every year in keeping with changes in rainfall and the particularities of the harvest and the terroir (climatic and soil factors that influence a crop’s growth).
Whatever the year, the vineyard is cultivated with products that are friendly to the environment, and authorized for integrated or ecological production. The winery is certified organic by CCPAE.

The Can Sumoi estate dates back to 1645 and is notable for the mineral nakedness of its soils, which were developed from extremely ancient copper-colored, ochre and brown material from the Montmell Formation. These are some of the oldest soils in the Iberian Peninsula, and the grapes are certified organic by CTAT.
The creation of Pepe Raventós, Can Sumoi was born from an obsession with natural wines and biodynamic viticulture.
